APARTMENT ON THE BEACH IN GULF ORANGES FOR 10 PEOPLE

The apartment is located in Villa Delfino on the ground floor overlooking the sea .It has a covered porch with dining area, paved areas discoveries with loungers, a barbecue in the garden with Mediterranean vegetation and large trees. From the house and its open spaces you can enjoy a wonderful view of the islands. Downstairs c'e'un large living room with view, satellite TV, a kitchen with direct access from the outside with hob oven fridge-freezer dishwasher. The living room leads to the loft where there are three single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine level of a few steps above the living room there is a shower room and a third bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double room, a room with a bunk bed and a single bed, a double bedroom with direct sea views.

Access to the nearby beach and 'just a step.Linen is not included and can be rented separately as long as requested at the time of booking or well in advance of the start of the holiday. The price for renting linen (sheets and towels) is €18 per person for each set supplied . The Golfo Aranci tourist tax is €4 per person per night. Children under 12 are exempt.
