„The hotel is located in the center of Coleshill and can be reached by public transportation, however it is in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are nicely decorated but rather small. The bathroom was clean but had a weird smell, not sure if it was mold, as there was no visible signs of it. As I said it was clean and remodeled. Breakfast was okay had everything you would excpect in the UK, little buffet for cold breakfast and hot breakfast was to be ordered.“

„Our room, booked by Expedia was very smaller than the rooms my friends booked at the same time not by Expedia. Our room was under the roof with sloping roof in the room and had no refrigerator. The rooms booked not by Expedia, all had one in the room. And our bathroom was also much smaler and older as the others.“

„Ein süßes kleines Häuschen , mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet aber es reicht aus Frühstück selbst gemacht vom Inhaber kein Buffet ,Umfeld sehr ruhig gepflegt schön. Ohne Mietwagen oder Taxi kommt man dort nicht weg . Wir fanden es für 3 Tage ausreichend “

„Communication regarding check-in was awful. Room was really cold when I got in. Couldn't lock door at first, had to mess about freeing rhe lock (should not be my job!!) No towels or soap available. No hot water on tap. No tea/coffee making facility, although there was a kettle so at least I could get some hot water, but no cups/mugs. Went down into what I'd believed was a communal lounge & kitchen to be told by a chap who was sleeping in the lounge that it is a private room (No lock on ...
