"We stayed six nights at Fairhouse Villas on Ko Samui in a Seaside Villa with a private pool – absolutely fantastic. The villa itself as well as the entire resort area were kept very clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks goes to Boss, the guest manager, who supported us with great tips, organized many things for us and took a lot of the hassle off our shoulders so we could spend more time relaxing. The restaurant was also excellent – we had breakfast there every morning and sometimes dinner, and they were always attentive to our personal wishes. The only small downside: the beach. Compared to other bays on the island, the sea on the north side is quite wavy, so it wasn’t as calm for swimming. Overall, a wonderful stay and definitely a place we would recommend!"

"Modernes schönes Hotel"

"Sehr schöne Anlage, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen (wird aber gerade teilweise renoviert). Wir hatten eine Duplex Villa mit Pool und tollem Ausblick auf‘s Meer. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Personal im gesamten Ressort ist extrem freundlich. Die Anlage wird gerade in einigen Teilen erneuert (ein Restaurant, das Spa und das Fitness-Center). Uns hat es nicht gestört, wobei ich erwartet hätte, dass dies auf Expedia deutlicher steht, v.a. auf der Reservierungsbestätigung. Das Hotel hat uns gleich zu Beginn informiert. Es wurde mit 3000 Baht Guthaben und einer Happy Hour mit kostenlosen Getränken und Snacks entgegen gekommen. Lärmbelästigung gab es bei unserer Villa keine. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Very beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Phu Quoc was our last destination in Vietnam and we really enjoyed the last day with relaxing before going home. We had a really good time at Salinda Hotel and everythin was just fine. We had to change our flight the evening before because the flight got rescheduled. The staff at the reception helped us and took care about it and contacted the airline so we could change the flight. Amazing service thanks for everything"

Phoenix’s attention to detail and kindness were remarkable—our room was always spotless, and she constantly surprised us with thoughtful gestures. During our stay, my brother unfortunately fell ill, and the hotel staff did everything in their power to support him. Their genuine care and assistance made a world of difference, and we are beyond grateful. The property itself is stunningly beautiful, incredibly calm, and impeccably clean—a perfect place to relax and unwind. And let’s talk about the food—especially the breakfast! It was absolutely breathtaking, with a wide selection of delicious options that left us speechless every morning. Overall, JW Marriott Phu Quoc is a great destination. With its outstanding service, serene atmosphere, and world-class dining, I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway."
