The room’s view is beautiful to the mountains and the rivers in front. It locates at the downtown of Golden, very convenient. The property’s facilities are all new and comfortable. I definitely will be back.

This is a unique experience. It's a boutique hotel/motel, where booking the room, and all interactions are all done online and through text. That is what is good, but also what can be challenging about this place. No front desk = no people = no answer! It's a beautiful and relaxing spot for your stay. The rooms are spacious, and the heated bathroom floor is so, so nice! The LED color changing - wall mounted - fireplace sets the ambience, while your watching Disney , Netflix, Amazon prime, or regular boring tv channels. The covered outdoor patio is the ultimate hang out spot while you listen to the river cascade a few feet away! Oh, and if you have flowers planted outside your patio, watch and wait for the hummingbirds!! It's a nice touch to offer a cart full of chocolate, Pringles, Cheezies and non alcoholic beverages to the patrons, and at fair prices! The mountain views are stunning, but you have to look past the disarray of the jumbled mess of the yard across the river. At least 4 restaurants are within a short walk from your room right along side the river. 7-11 is also right across the street, if you have the late night munchies. No need to drive anywhere! Here's the downside- Expect that if you have any issues or questions after 9 pm, that they won't be a priority or possibly even answered until after 9 am. Patience young padawan. Stay, or stay not. There is no choice. But stay. You'll likely love it!

Awesome place right on the river. Affordable price with luxury fix-in’s. Really friendly and responsive staff. Walking distance to everything. This is our first time staying here and we can’t wait to come back!

The property was very clean and modern. The bathroom had in floor heating as well as a large shower. The patio is right on the river and convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent place to stay, location is great and so beautiful right on the river. Rooms are the best I’ve stayed in, heated bathroom floor, fridge and microwave, bottled water, comfortable bed, coffee, a bar cart if needed. A modern fireplace. Would highly recommend!! And staff were amazing with communication.

Best place to stay in Golden
My new go-to place to stay when I visit Golden. Can't beat the location and value. Rooms are beautiful, bright and spacious and the bed is super comfy. Nice bonus of heated floors in the bathroom. The service was outstanding. Will be back for sure.

Very comfortable bed and pullout couch. Beautiful patio right on the river. Nice large TV with cable, aps and all you need. Located right down town so can walk along the River or to shops/dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Mybroom on the river was excellent. Entry to the building was tricky, although I was tired. I couldn't figure our where the parking was, but street parking on the weekend was free and convenient.

Highly recommend
Very nice room. Great location—right on the river and within walking distance of many restaurants including a bakery next door. Also right on a walking/running trail that circumnavigates the town. My husband and I ran a 6 mile loop on it. We also had front row seats from our patio to the sight of small bear enjoying a dip in the river. Really enjoyed our stay there.

The place is extremely clean and new. The location is picturesque, with the river just outside your window. However, there is only one mirror, no toaster, no coat hangers and only a shower head.
