Please note: We ensure you have all the essentials to kickstart your stay. In the bathroom, you`ll find essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap, all provided in 30ml bottles, along with 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you require any additional items, feel free to pick them up at your convenience.
Breaking any of the following rules results in lose the security deposit

- NO Alcohol in Pool & no glass bottles or glasses beside the pool

- NO Noise at anytime the disturbs the wellbeing or enjoyment of other guests or residents (Including Ghetto blasters beside the pool)

- 24 HOUR MIN ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED TO BOOK BBQ`S

- All rubbish must be removed and disposed down the chute or in the Rubbish skips

- Dishes must be washed dried and put away

- Guests must return keys by no later than 11:00 am on the day of check-out.

* Photo of the Key inside the Lockbox
* Photo of the Lockbox closed, and code scrambled.
If Photo’s aren’t provided and we must check for keys, a $50 fee will apply.

Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge.
