Set in Tugun Beach, a quiet stretch south of Burleigh, this 200sqm home is filled with indoor plants, original artwork and a serious wellness setup: infrared sauna, Odin ice bath and dedicated yoga space. A secluded laneway connects directly to Flat Rock Beach in under a minute. Cafes, restaurants and an upmarket supermarket are all within a short stroll. There is a small, friendly dog in the home. A wonderful base for a Gold Coast holiday, or simply somewhere to slow down and feel restored.

The home
Step through a tropical garden and into a 200sqm home filled with bold original artwork, lush indoor plants and pieces collected with genuine care across more than a hundred countries. The Art Garden has real personality: warm, calm and a little unexpected, with the kind of considered detail that makes a place feel genuinely special rather than just well-decorated. The open-plan layout flows beautifully between indoors and out, natural light shifts through the home across the day, and the beach is close enough that you can wake up to the sound of the ocean.

Wellness
The house has a proper wellness setup. There is an infrared sauna, an Odin ice bath and a dedicated yoga space for anyone who wants a serious reset. A deep soaking bath is there for slower evenings. There is also a daybed for afternoon naps when the mood takes you. Whether you are here to recharge or simply to slow down, the space is set up for both.

Location
Tugun Beach sits on the southern Gold Coast, a quieter stretch that feels a world away from the bustle further north while keeping everything within easy reach. A secluded 1960s laneway connects the house directly to Flat Rock Beach in under a minute, with a complimentary longboard waiting if you want to make use of it. An upmarket supermarket is thirty seconds away. Local cafes and restaurants are a short stroll. Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is nearby. A bus stop one minute from the front door runs 50-cent fares to Burleigh, Broadbeach and the airport. Secure off-street carport parking is available if you do bring a car, though honestly you may not need it.

Inside the home
The living and dining areas have a vintage warmth to them, with plenty of natural light, a Samsung Frame Smart TV and a Sonos sound system. There are cards, board games and a well-stocked reading collection. Smart locks throughout mean no keys to manage. The sunrises and sunsets from this stretch of coast are genuinely worth staying up or getting up for.

Guest access
The whole home is yours for your stay. A dedicated office with a standing desk is available only upon request at the time of booking. Otherwise it stays locked.

This is a relaxed, peaceful home and we ask guests to keep things low-key, with no parties or loud late nights. The neighbours and the ocean breeze are part of the charm here. The home is pet-friendly for quiet, house-trained, non-digging dogs, though dogs are not permitted on the furniture or in the beds.
