Welcome to our 22nd-floor, 2-bedroom apartment boasting the best possible ocean views! Accommodating up to 6 guests, this residence is nestled in the heart of Surfers Paradise at the renowned Q1 Resort, ensuring an unforgettable stay.

The apartment features a modern open floor plan with air conditioning, a TV, and a spacious inbuilt balcony. The living room offers ample seating, providing a cozy spot to enjoy the breathtaking ocean vista. Adjacent is the inbuilt balcony with triple sliding doors with dining table and chairs for alfresco-style dining. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which comes complete with all the essentials.

The main bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and direct access to the in built balcony, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room with a convertible sofa bed. Wake up to the sunrise and unwind while gazing over the city lights.

For added convenience, a laundry room with a washer and dryer is provided, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Parking is available for one car (1.9m clearance).

Guests can take advantage of the resort`s communal facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a gym. Explore the array of cafes, restaurants, and attractions right at your doorstep. Your family and friends are sure to be impressed by this exceptional stay!

Throughout your stay, you and your group will have exclusive access to the entire apartment plus one parking spot. You`ll also have access to communal resort style amenities.

Please note: We ensure you have all the essentials to kickstart your stay. In the bathroom, you`ll find essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap, all provided in 30ml bottles, along with 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you require any additional items, feel free to pick them up at your convenience.

We kindly ask that you provide truthful responses to our pre-booking message at the time of booking. This helps us ensure that the space meets your needs perfectly. Please note that any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Comply with all building regulations, including those related to pool and exercise facilities.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.

To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge.

Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late in checking out will be charged for an additional night`s stay and may be evicted without refund.

Guests must return keys by no later than 11:00 am on the day of check-out.

If Photo’s aren’t provided and we must check for keys, a $50 fee will apply.

Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge.

Please ensure the property is left clean and orderly upon departure to avoid any extra cleaning charges.
