Our check-in hour is at 3 pm and our check-out hour is at 10 am, an earlier or later time might be accommodated subject to availability.

Your key pickup location and details will be provided before your arrival. But it’s easily accessible and close by, at the Pit Stop Friendly Grocer Surfers Paradise close by.

Parking: All bookings come with a single secure basement parking spot
From airport:
Ipanema is only a 35 minutes drive from the airport and around $55 to catch an uber here.
By public transport: take the no.777 bus from the airport to Broadbeach South Station. Then transit to the G:link Tram Station, from there exit the tram at the Florida Gardens Tram Station, then walk over to Ipanema for 4 minutes
