Aufenthalt war i. O. bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten
Der Aufenthalt war gut. Leider ist Housekeeping nicht ganz ordentlich. Hantücher werden immer gewechselt, was auch in Ordnung ist. Aber mal wird das Bett gemacht und mal nicht. Ebenso werden einige nicht aufgefüllt oder der Müll wird nur zur Hälfte entsorgt. Lichter werden im Zimmer nach dem Housekeeping auch vergessen wieder auszumachen. Diverse Kleinigkeiten werden oft vergessen oder nur zum Teil gemacht. Sonst war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, bis die Schoolies kamen und die ganze Woche durchfeierten.

We booked fro two nights with ocean view at this facility, the view from my room was spectacular and friendly staff but the hotel is dated, carpet is dirty in the room and hallway.

Close enough to central Surfers Paradise to be an easy walk, far enough away to avoid the noise. Light rail almost right outside. Close to the beach. Great views from the room.

Bed was comfortable but pillows were not the nicest. The room did not look like the photos at all, and some of the views were very average (from the 8th floor). I did expect more with what we paid. Convenient location though and easy to get Ubers to travel around and food deliveries! Buffet breakfast was really good, pool area looked nice too (didn’t actually use it).

Pool setup was really nice with a tropical feel. Great size. Centrally located, buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful. Personally, I would aim for the 2-bedroom setup next time. The single room with the 2 double beds sharing with the kids was a bit of a squeeze (not the fault of the resort).

We had a great stay, everything was clean, staff were friendly. Location great. My only criticism is the limited parking and that we had to pay additional fees on top of our room to be able to park at the hotel. Generally paying for parking will deter my hotel Choice however I did not check prior and I was unable to cancel. All in all, if parking situation was better 5/5!

We stayed there for 5 nights during the new year and we had the best stay. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. We’re always met with service with a smile. The kids love the pool. We’re within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Would stay there again.

Great location and facilities overall. Loved the pool but more deck chairs and another 2-3 umbrellas needed. Make better use of pool space- where the pots of plants are, replace with dech chairs and umbrellas.
