• Adult bookings may be subject to age and purpose-of-stay verification

• Cats are strictly not permitted

• A $300 pet fee applies per approved dog and is charged separately after approval

• Guests requesting to bring a dog must provide the breed, nature and a photo prior to approval

• Unapproved pets may incur additional charges

• No smoking/vaping at the property, including balconies or anywhere that would disturb neighbours

These works are outside of our control.



◆ Payment Schedule

For bookings outside of Airbnb:

• A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates

• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in

• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking

• Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to the payment terms and schedules of the relevant booking platform

• Maison is located within a peaceful residential waterfront neighbourhood in Broadbeach Waters

• The private saltwater swimming pool is not heated

• We kindly ask guests to respect neighbouring residents and maintain appropriate noise levels, particularly during quiet hours

• Minor aesthetic variations may occur due to routine maintenance, updates or ongoing improvements
