❖ Coastal & Building Environment: Occasional wind noise or daytime construction from nearby buildings may occur — this is part of the coastal high-rise environment and outside our control.

❖ Cleaning on Arrival: Not satisfied with cleanliness? Contact us within 6 hours of check-in and we'll arrange for cleaners to return ASAP. If a solution is offered but declined, refunds cannot be provided.

❖ Cleaning, Linen & Supplies: The cleaning fee covers standard end-of-stay cleaning only. Additional linens, cleaning services, or extra consumables may incur additional charges.

❖ Keys, Recovery & Tracker Disclosure: This apartment comes with only TWO sets of swipe cards, due to limited key allocation from building management. The physical house keys are equipped with an Apple AirTag, added purely to help locate them if lost or misplaced (potentially saving the cost of a locksmith or lock replacement, since new keys can take up to 10 working days).

❖ Privacy & Alerts: We respect your privacy and never monitor the tracker while you're at the property or going about your day. iPhone users may receive a standard "AirTag Found Moving With You" notification — a normal Apple safety feature, nothing to be alarmed by. If you'd like, we can share the device with you via Find My so you can locate the keys yourself if needed.
