Spread across two levels, the ground floor features an open-plan living space complete with comfortable furnishings, a dining space for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dishwasher. This level also includes a laundry with washing machine and dryer for added convenience.

Sliding doors open from the living area onto a private beachfront balcony and shared lawn area, placing you just steps from the beach. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, relaxed afternoons or watching the sunrise over the ocean.

Upstairs, both bedrooms are light-filled and comfortable. The main bedroom includes a queen bed with beautiful ocean outlooks, while the second bedroom features two single beds. Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 7 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
