Every unit does have their own adjustable air control panel to control and regulate temperature. If their was an issue or you were unaware how to operate we could have sent someone up to show you.

Hi Alison,Thank you so much for staying and taking the time to let us know about your stay. It is always great to hear when guests have enjoyed their stay. Being self contained apartments unfortunately if we didn't kindly ask guests to remove rubbish and leave units in a clean and respectful manner rubbish and things like dishes get left in a terrible state which takes cleaners longer than the cost and set time of what is built into offering lower rates. Cleaners do still thoroughly clean the apartment to an expected level for incoming guests.

Hi Harold, Thank you for staying. It was unfortunate that your Foxtel had stopped working during your stay which a technician who was called out to fix. We have also checked curtains and whilst isn't mould they are discolored and could certainly be updated so appreciate your feedback.
