Rezydencja Wierzchlesie is a private estate of three year-round houses set in the peaceful countryside of Podlasie. Designed for families and groups of friends, it offers a relaxing escape surrounded by nature, with spacious accommodation and a wide range of leisure amenities for spending quality time together.



The Space:

Rezydencja Wierzchlesie consists of three independent, year-round houses that are rented together as one exclusive property. Together they can accommodate up to 15 guests and offer approximately 200 m² of living space.



The main house features three bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The second house provides an open-plan living area with a kitchenette and a lounge space, while the third house offers a cosy interior with its own living area and sleeping arrangements. This layout gives larger families and groups the opportunity to stay together while still enjoying additional privacy.



All houses are equipped with heating, air conditioning with a heating function and Wi-Fi. The interiors are designed for comfortable stays throughout the year, while the wood-burning fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere during colder months.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire Residence grounds. The property includes a garden, terraces, a barbecue shelter, a fire pit, a playground, and a football field. Guests can also enjoy a heated swimming pool, an outdoor sauna, a jacuzzi in the main house with a winter terrace, and a hot tub built into the terrace of the third house.



All amenities are available at no additional cost. Rules for using the individual amenities can be found in the respective areas.



The property also provides complimentary bicycles stored in the utility building next to the entrance gate. Free outdoor parking is available on site, along with complimentary charging for electric vehicles. Pets are welcome with no additional fees.



Guests can order breakfast for 35 zł per person.



The Neighborhood:

Rezydencja Wierzchlesie is located on the edge of the Knyszyn Forest in a peaceful part of Podlasie. The area is known for its beautiful forests, scenic hiking and cycling trails and rich regional history.



The Great Tatar Trail runs through Wierzchlesie. Nearby Kopna Góra is home to an arboretum, a European bison enclosure and a scenic viewpoint, while Poczopek is known for its unique Silvarium nature park. Supraśl and Biebrza National Park are also great options for day trips.



You can also spend the entire day at the residence without going anywhere. Guests have access to a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, bicycles, a sports court, a playground, a fire pit and a spacious covered recreation area. It is a perfect combination of private relaxation and exploring Podlasie.



Getting Around:

The property is easy to find, with the house number clearly displayed on the entrance gate. Guests have access to a spacious outdoor parking area with a long driveway leading directly to the estate. Check-in is arranged with the person responsible for the property, who provides access upon arrival.



Other Things to Note:

The property is available throughout the year and is rented exclusively to one group at a time. Events can be organised with prior approval from the host.
