„It was good but upon arrival a dead roach was found in one of the bedrooms, a roach antenna coming from the top of the bathroom door downstairs , and the bathroom upstairs had a weird smell coming from the sink, underneath ALL the sinks were pretty dirty. There is no cleaning supplies, only a mop and a swiffer. But overall, was a good stay.“

„The house was perfect. But, There weren’t enough towels so bring your own. There were not enough warm blankets so bring your own. Bring you hair dryer if you need one. The sheets are cheap polyester. The furniture was cheap ikea specials. Usually, I have experienced luxury at a VRBO but this place was lacking. The yard is good for older kids. “

„This property was clean and fresh and well appointed. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen had everything we needed to pull off a wonderful holiday meal. We have stayed at a number of VRBOs over the years and the supplies provided here were plentiful, especially when compared to the meager supplies other hosts have provided. The host was exceptionally responsive and professional. If we were to visit the Williamsburg area in the future, I would definitely want to stay here ...

„My family and I needed a quiet place to stay while we met up with family for a funeral. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had plenty of room for 6 adults to mingle while also having space. It was close enough to the main road for access to everything we needed, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend.“

Once I got my mother and family members settled in my husband and I went to the other home 701 Smith St. without complications. My husband and I were not impressive about the neighborhood or the distance from the home on Chapel St., which they stated that the homes were walking distance; approximately 7 minute drive across the town. The home on Smith St. was nicely clean on the inside. We slept there ...
