Two Pound Cottage - 3 Schlafzimmer Haus - Whirlpool

Unwind in your own hot tub at 2 Pound Cottage, a characterful three-bedroom cottage in Brockworth, between Gloucester and Cheltenham at the foot of the Cotswold hills. Expect exposed beams and brickwork, a quarry-tiled dining room and a cast-iron spiral staircase up to the bedrooms. It sleeps up to 6, with a garden, free parking and Wi-Fi.

THE SPACE
• Bedroom 1: king-size bed (150cm, zip and link, so it can be split into two small singles)
• Bedroom 2: two full-size single beds (90cm)
• Bedroom 3: two full-size single beds (90cm)
• Bathroom with bath and shower
• Cosy living room with a stove-style fire and Smart TV
• Beamed dining room with exposed brick and a quarry-tiled floor
• Kitchen with range-style cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee maker
• Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board
• Laptop-friendly workspace and Wi-Fi
• Travel cot and high chair available
• Private hot tub in an open-fronted garden room facing the garden (optional extra, £150 per stay), plus outdoor dining furniture
• Please note: the only way up to the first floor is a tight spiral staircase, so the cottage isn't suitable for guests with limited mobility

THE HOT TUB
The private hot tub sits in an open-fronted garden room that opens straight onto the garden, so you can soak in the fresh air. It is an optional extra at £150 per stay (stays of up to 4 nights), including weekends. It is not included in the room price. Please request it at least 72 hours before you arrive and we will send a payment link. The water is drained, refilled and professionally treated before every stay. Longer stays: £150 plus £20 for each extra night.

BRINGING A BIGGER GROUP?
Right next door is 1 Pound Cottage (four bedrooms, two bathrooms). Book both together for 7 bedrooms sleeping up to 14. Send us a message and we'll check availability.

LOCATION
You're on Green Street in Brockworth, with local shops, takeaways and play parks nearby and a supermarket about half a mile away. Gloucester's Cathedral and Docks, Cheltenham's town centre and racecourse, and country walks such as Cooper's Hill are all a short drive, with quick access to the M5.

PARKING & ARRIVAL

• Self check-in. Your access code arrives on the day once your Guestflow check-in is complete

GOOD TO KNOW
• Prefer singles? The king can be split into two small single beds (75cm) for £40. Please ask when you book
• Dogs are welcome, with no pet fee. Please let us know when you book, and ask us first if you'd like to bring two
• Before you arrive, we'll email and text you a link to our Guestflow portal to sign our terms and add a card for the damage deposit, which is processed securely by Stripe:
◦ Stays of 1 to 6 nights: a £200 hold is placed on your card, plus a £5 non-refundable handling fee. The hold is not a charge and is released automatically after your stay
◦ Stays of 7 nights or more: a £200 refundable deposit is taken, plus a £10 non-refundable handling fee. Your deposit is refunded in full 3 to 5 days after check-out, once our team has checked the property
