„We really liked the house and outdoor space, especially the patio overlooking the river. The biggest drawback, and for me it is a big one, is that bed sheets are not provided. Since we were driving and had room in the car it wasn't a disaster, but hauling 4 beds' worth of sheets fills a duffel bag, and I did not enjoy having to make those beds after a 7 hour drive. „The inside of the cabin has a typical rustic layout and motif. The cabin in designed to make you feel like you’re in the 1800s. The cabin also had all the modern amenities and conveniences you could ever want, including wifi, tv, a/c, heater and all the appliances. We loved the fire pit and bbq grill. You are situated at the end of a residential neighborhood in the woods. We saw neighbors sometimes walking around. Highly recommend. “

„The property was lovely, as was the home. We had a great time. Overall a great experience. The living room furniture is not overly comfortable and could need updating soon, but that’s it. Very clean place. We found some fun things to do within a 30 minute drive, but the town of Monticello itself was pretty was dead. The people were lovely everywhere we went.“

Vinny and Josh were super sweet and accommodating for info on local restaurants and store details The location is beautiful and tranquil and I enjoyed seeing all the wildlife early in the am. .would definitely book again for future concerts ❤️“

„The cabin is adorable and the upgrades are great. The hosts are wonderful! If you're looking to drop out of sight, it's a great spot. Just note that the brook this cabin is near is across the road, and a little tough to get down to, but my dog had no trouble and there is almost zero traffic on this road with just a few houses on it.“

„We stayed at this retreat in the woods for a 3 day concert run at Bethel Woods. It was clean, quite & close to the venue. The yard was huge and we spent lots of time at the fire pit. Our favorite beach on the Delaware River was only 12 minuets away so we spent our days river side. Plenty of parking and the host was very helpful with our questions. We will definitely be rebooking!“

„Description was accurate. Photos are too except they have new sofas that are blue. Place was spotless. Nice outdoors area. We used the grill and the fire pit ring one day. We drove across the bridge into NY and explored a little over there. It is fun to watch all the people floating by. I am sure in the winter months the river is very quiet. Rafting is a short walk away and looked fun. Thank you for the hospitality! stayed 2 night and drove in“
