Hi, Thank you for your feedback, we have the largest air conditioning system in the villas and they are also double brick, so usually they are very warm and toasty. I apologise that some of the lights were not working, everyone is told on arrival that if there is anything wrong to please let us know straight away as most things can be fixed at that time. We have staff here 24 hours for that reason. In regards to the linen for the bunks , you are right the queen bed is always made up and we give people the option if they want to bring their own for the bunks or hire it. As you booked through Wotif this is listed in their special check in instructions, guests also get an automated email explaining that linen is not included on the bunks when they book. I can only apologise if you didnt recieve this as it should be automated.

Thank you for your feedback, yes beds are such a personal thing and we do have air conditioning in all the cabins. Our internet man tells us that 250mb per day should be more then enough. We now have NBN so that should speed things up.

Thank you for your feedback, yes beds are such a personal thing. When we spoke on checkout and you mentioned the issue with your air conditioner, I said that you should have called our night managers and they could have fixed the issue for you, that is why they are here. You said it wasn't an issue and that you just wanted us to know about it. The air conditioner was set to 17 so it had frozen up, which is why it was dripping, we recommend setting them on 21/22. I did mention that I thought that cabin had had a new air conditioner but it was the cabin next door to that one. I apologise for that error. We tell all our guests on arrival that if there are any issues at all to let us know at any time as we have night managers here specifically to fix any issues at any time. That way issues can be fixed straight away and everyone is happy.

Thank you for your feedback, yes we send an email when you book through Expedia to say that linen is not included on the bunks, we have asked Expedia numerous times to put this in a more prominent position but they refuse.

Thank you for your feedback, yes that is right we do not make the bunks as we don't know what beds people want to sleep in. An email is sent to all bookings made via expedia in regards to linen hire. Instructions for the cooktop are in the bottom draw of the kitchen. Enjoy the rest of your travels.

Thank you for your feedback, yes linen hire is extra for the bunks beds, I have asked for this to be placed in the description about the cabins and they refuse to do it. We do send a message out to everyone that books that the linen is extra for the bunk beds. If at any time where ever you stay you have any issues always let the office know and they can usually fix it straight away. We tell all our guests on arrival that if there is anything at all wrong to call us and come and see us so we can fix it up.

It is very disappointing to read your review. All of our guests are asked on arrival that if there is anything at all wrong with the accommodation to contact the office no matter what time as we have staff here 24 hours a day to help our guests, no one contacted our staff. Wherever you stay you should always let them know if you are not happy as most things can be fixed straight away. I cannot follow up your feedback as there is no name or details. On checkout guests are also asked if they enjoyed their stay and no one has said they hadn't in fact just two mornings ago I had one of our guests tell me the accommodation was the best they had ever stayed in. We also hire our bedding from the local linen company who have a very high standard. I can only apologise that on this occasion our cleaners failed us. Our cleaners normally do a fantastic job. I just wish you had let us know your concerns while you where here so we could have dealt with them for you.

Thank you for your feedback, the queen bed is the only bed that has linen, and there should always be a spare blanket in the wardrobe. Otherwise, thats right you would have to ask for extra blankets/linen if you had not bought them with you for the bunks.The floors of course get mopped every clean, but if you let us know about any of your concerns we could have fixed them up for you straight away as we have staff here 24 hours especially for that reason, Guests are asked on checkin that if there is anything at all wrong with their stay to come and let us know as most things can be fixed straight away.

Hi Peter, thank you for your comments, the air conditioner is a large one and blows straight down to the second bedroom. All our cabins are double brick as well for extra insulation. We can always supply more blankets if our guests need them you just have to ask.
