„accommodation was perfectly set up for our 8 night stay. Check-in instructions simple to follow. Close to CBD and well stocked grocery store in nearby Hill St for provisions. Some great cafes in close proximity. The house is well maintained with modern facilities. Highly recommend this accommodation. “

„Our family enjoyed the stay at this delightfully large home in New Norfolk. Plenty of room for us all the enjoy quiet times. Easy access to river and cliff walks. Great markets on a Saturday morning. Possums are in abundance. The only thing I would recommend is some outdoor sensor lights as we arrived late, and it was a bit tricky accessing the lock box in the dark and finding our way around. Other than that it was a lovely stay.“

„Unfortunately, the heating took a few days to warm up the house. The power kept tripping when we tried to use the space heaters in the bedrooms. Very frustrating to have to keep going to the fuse box to turn the power back on. The owner was lovely but the company “Little City Group” who manages the property are hard to deal with.We have a baby and really needed heating but they were slow to communicate with us and offered a partial refund which we haven’t seen yet despite my emails to them. The house has everything we needed for a homely stay - including linens, tea towels, detergents, plus a few luxury extras like Nespresso; throw rugs, lots of cushions etc. Only minutes' drive to central Hobart, and easy access to highways for sightseeing beyond.This is our family's second stay here during the winter holidays. „We thought overall it was an amazing place to stay,it was clean and the view was amazing and the kitchen was my dream kitchen. My sisters had a couple of ideas, #1 a TV in the 2nd lounge and#2 the bottom lounge bar room make into a complete games room with eightball table lol. "Hotel war für den Preis in Ordnung. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer war wunderschön. Die Reinigung des Zimmers war allerdings nicht in Ordnung. Es gab keine Klobürste. Die kleinen weißen Handtücher wollten wir wechseln lassen. Obwohl wir sie in die Dusche bzw. auf den Boden gelegt hatten, wurden sie nicht gewechselt, so wurde auch die Dusche nicht gereinigt. Eine neue Toilettenpapierrolle wurde nicht hingelegt. Mussten wir uns von der Rezeption holen. Das Waschbecken war im Zimmer nicht bei der Dusche und Klo."

"Wir haben ein Studio mit Balkon gehabt mit einer herrlichen Aussicht über Hobart. Die Studios sind in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Ein refit würde nicht schaden. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein finsteres Loch. Im Badezimmer hat sich bei der Dusche „Schimmel“ gebildet. Dies sollte unbedingt behoben werden"
