„Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und geräumig. An einigen Stellen besteht jedoch Renovierungsbedarf, beispielsweise war die Beschichtung der Badewanne teilweise abgenutzt. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden, wirkten jedoch bereits stark benutzt, sodass ein Austausch empfehlenswert wäre. Das Bett war größer als auf den Bildern erwartet und zudem sehr bequem.
