Eine sehr zentrale Lage: Busse fast direkt vor der Haustür, einer der größten Bahnhöfe ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, die Shopping Meile der Stadt beginnt eine Querstraße weiter Dennoch war die Straße in der Wohnung nicht zu hören. Allerdings hatten wir ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof in dem dauerhaft die Abluft aus dem Restaurant im EG zu hören ist und auch nicht gelüftet werden kann. Allerdings funktioniert dafür die Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen bzw. Wünschen wird schnell und freundlich reagiert. Wasser, Kaffee, Schwarztee und frische Milch werden immer bereitgestellt. Wir konnten die Waschmaschinen leider nicht nutzen, da auf unserer Etage immer jemand schneller war. Wir hätten uns in der Küche ein wenig mehr Ausstattung gewünscht (bspw. nicht nur 2 Gabeln, Salz oder Pfeffer), aber da gibt es unterschiedliche Ansprüche. Für ein kleines Frükstück o.ä. reicht es auf jeden Fall. Die Sauberkeit war ok. Bei der Bettwäsche scheinen einige Laken/ Bezüge bereits festgewaschene Flecken zu haben. Wir haben darauf hingewiesen und sofort neue Bettwäsche erhalten. (Dort allerdings leider wieder kleine Flecken gehabt) Leider konnten wir in unserem Bad die Abwasserleitungen des Nachbarbades hören und auch der Verbindungsflur zum Nachbarzimmer war leider sehr laut. Ein Kontrolllicht für Rauchmelder/ CO2-Messer o.ä. hat uns nachts leider ein wenig wachgehalten, da sehr hell. Trotz Allem - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location, 1 min walk to train station and great bars and restaurants literally downstairs. Apartment great with nice kitchen. Slight smell in the hallway. 24 hr concierge for extra coffee and milk and towel requests very useful.

This hotel is at superb location! We appreciated amenities (washing/drying machine, water fountain, etc.). Also the studio-typed room is very specious with kitchen, table and couch. We would use this hotel again for our next visit to Glasgow.

For a 4 star hotel, this property was not great. We had a park at a parking garage that was somewhat far, realer of urine, and not in a good area. Reception seemed almost hidden in the back of a small maze. It was difficult to get to our rooms. The windows opened all the way which seemed like a hazard, especially with our 2 year old. The couch, walls, and doors just seemed dirty and dated. Overall, I was just disappointed since this place had such high reviews. The location was okay. But we ended up staying only 1 night of the 3 nights we booked and moved to the AC Hotel (highly recommend). And they wouldn’t even give us a refund for the other 2 nights.

I made a booking being told that there's free parking and there wasn't. I got given a discount to park at the local NCP. I made a booking with breakfast being included. This so called breakfast was a cereal bar and a juice box and some dry porridge and was meant to be given out by the desk staff. When I went to collect this, there was no one around, so I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. No body did, so I found the chambermaid and asked her if I could collect the breakfast and she then went to look for the duty manager. When she found him and said that there's someone asking to collect the so called breakfast, the manager's response, thinking that I was not in earshot was, can't they get breakfast across the road. When I said that I had been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to show up, his response was 'I've got better thing to do with my time than wait around!' I was appalled at the lack of professionalism and rudeness from the manager. I won't be returning again.

We don't advertise anywhere that there is free parking, only that we have a partnership with NCP to get discounted parking. We also responded to your email enquiry several times regarding the parking to make you aware as early as possible. The 'Brekkie in a bag" is a complimentary addition to all bookings and is described as a snack pack, it is displayed when you book to make you aware of it and is designed to give guests a taste of some locally based items to showcase some wonderful companies that we work with.I have passed your comments onto our general manager and we will look into your comments on our colleagues behaviour. However, I would like to point out that we do have a sign in reception with our Duty Manager phone number so when a loan worker needs to step away, guests have a way to let us know that we are needed.Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear you won't be returning to stay with us.Kindest Regards,

The location can’t be beat! The shower best I’ve had in my life. You can walk to train, shopping, the concert hall, river, subway, really good restaurants, bus - everything steps away!
