Hotel ist gut gelegen, aber recht in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr ringhörig. Man versteht jedes Wort der Nachbarzimmer!!!!

Nice hotel in good location.
The hotel is nice enough, the location pretty central. We were given a wrong price for the available parking - which we noticed when we had to pay. It is now 11pounds per day. Also, we never received the bottle of wine that we were supposed to get due to the hotels.com status now were we offered an upgrade. Rather we had to ask to switch rooms after one night because there were renovations going on right above us evening and morning.

The bathroom was outstanding. The shower was truly a several steps above any shower we have seen in any place we have stayed. The food was excellent (Scottish breakfast was remarkable) and room service was 5 star. I cannot think of anything at the hotel I was disappointed in.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was lovely & clean & equipped with everything we needed. The bar & restaurant area is very nice and the breakfast was fantastic. We were attending an event at The Hydro and it was only a 20 minute walk along the river to the venue so would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Right next to train station which is convenient for means of transport. A 2 minute walk down the road gives you access to st enochs centre and tesco express. Lovely area and we found no issues with our room, will definitely be back again!

On arrival we were promptly told we had a free drink as part of our VIP privilege, we drank in the lovely bar area. We were given a lovely room on floor 10 overlooking the river. Staff were friendly and the bed was super comfy. Biggest TV we have ever had in a hotel.
