„Nice little cabin just off the Blue Ridge Parkway and just a mile from the Blueridge music center. Peaceful setting. Our second stay with Shelia she’s an excellent host. 5 stars.“

„This property is close to Stone Mountain and relatively close to Elkin if needed.Their is agas operated shower in a bath house which was wonderful. The codes worked well to get in I love the tap light next to bed.The parking area was ample as I have a full sized pickup. Heard turkeys and saw other wildlife .Love the chair in the front and read and drank coffee. There is a water machine that gives you hot water or cold cold water out of the same machine. Well organized and well thought out!“

„AWESOME! The Quilting Nest is a true home away from home. Upon entry, you are overwhelmed with beautiful handmade masterpiece quilts and eye-catching décor vignettes everywhere. „I’m afraid that no words or pictures can quite describe our stay at Pops cozy cabin! The views are stunning; the cabin was updated, beautifully decorated, and spotless. It had everything we needed for a mother/daughters weekend get away. We wish we had planned a longer stay- and will be back. This area of Virginia is close to so many things to do. The house has all the necessities -- well-stocked kitchen, comfortable decks, clean bathrooms, plenty of living space. Especially enjoyed star-gazing in the front yard and hearing all the birds and other wildlife each morning and evening. Lovely space.“

"Direkt bei einen Lastwagen-Gross-Parkplatz. Daher die ganze Nacht auch Verkehr. Dafür dort aber auch ein gutes Speiseangebot, so dass man nicht mehr in die Stadt fahren musste. Für mich ideal, da es nur als Durchgangs-Motel gedacht war. "
