Ray answered all of questions very quickly and made sure everything was ok and we had what we needed. 3 beautiful bedrooms a beautiful kitchen and very comfortable living room. We made a fire in the fire pit and made some s'mores. We would definitely love to come back next year. 5 star vacation home. Thank you for the memorable stay Ray!“

„We had an excellent stay at this home. We had 12 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone - enough bedrooms and seats at the indoor and outdoor dining tables. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. We enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and volleyball court. The view of the mountain was spectacular. The only downsides were some bugs, difficulty closing/opening the deck doors, and no direct creek access from the yard. Otherwise, no complaints!“

„My husband and I very much enjoyed our week-long stay. We particularly loved having all the sliding doors and windows open in the master and main rooms to hear the water and enjoy the setting. Jetted tub was great. Fridge clean and empty and ready for us. Simple eats in and bigger meals at restaurants nearby, although kitchen ready for cooking. With temps 80-85*, we were fine without central air. Ceiling fans and cool nights were perfect. The rain tested our patience with humidity, but that’s ...

There is no A/C, but it wasn't too hot for our July visit with the fans on and windows cracked. There was plenty of space, and the hosts provided things like little soaps and espresso pods which was a nice touch!“

„We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our group — great location, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed (including several items I don’t usually keep in my own kitchen). The beds were very comfortable, and the entire space was cozy and well-maintained. It was a great place for 12 of us to gather, relax, and celebrate. We especially enjoyed the wraparound porch — a lovely spot to sit outside, whether in the sun or shade. There were plenty of seating options ...

„I cant say enough about this property, its owner and its manager. It is beautiful and so comfortable. We ended up getting into a motorcycle accident on our way out east and we needed somewhere to rest for a few days. We couldnt of found a better place to do so. The beds and furniture were so comfortable that we hated to leave. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place with is. We hope to return some day and ride the Catskills“
