Gutes Hotel. Gute Lage mit Restaurants und Supermärkten in der Umgebung. Sehr nettes Personal. Pool auf dem Dach ist ein super Asset bei heißen Tagen. Was mir nicht gefallen hat war, dass ein ganz offensichtlich drogenabhängiger und dadurch verwirrter Obdachloser unbemerkt vom Hotelpersonal in das Hotel Bistro gelangen konnte, was unsere Kinder verschreckt hat, die diesem in die Arme gelaufen sind.

The hotel is really nice. We were not so happy with the room. During the day it smelled of onions - really badly! If I would habe recognized that the standard rooms are so dark, I would habe booked another category. It was not clear enough what the differences are. We also had an disabled room were the doors did not close easily… More information would have been nice in the room description. Long waiting during morning in the morning, so we used the exit stairs… but we werw in the 3 floor only.

The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and they try to help in every minute! We had a problem with the heating in the evening and some was there after no minutes and fixed it. The location is very good and you can do a perfect sightseeing day by walking or using the lime. The online negative thing to mention is that the air condition/heating and freezer is really loud. But otherwise big recommendation!
