Coral Bay Villa, a beautiful, spacious and bright two bedroom is centrally located on a gorgeous virtually private white sand beach in Spotts close to shops and amenities.

Large bright open plan living spaces including fully equipped kitchen with island, dining table, living room, two large bright bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom (king bed) has ensuite bath with walk in shower. Second bedroom has queen bed and single futon style bed/sofa. Bedrooms/bathrooms are located at opposite ends of the unit affording privacy for a shared rental. A washer and dryer are in the unit. Combination infant bed/play pen, high chair and toddler car seat are available.
Large screened in porch with comfy seating and dining with long views of the ocean/beach. Tennis courts and Pool. Spotts beach is famous for snorkelling and you will most likely see a turtle or two when you are swimming. Walk out onto the sandy beach to view the sea life. Coral reef is approximately 100 yards out.

Guests have access to tennis court, pool and beach loungers. The pool and tennis courts are located on the part of the condo's property which is on the opposite side of the street. The street is busy and caution is required when crossing over.
