I’m sorry for your not full satisfaction, but we are in the best sparkling area of the town and during the weekend many people come and hanging out so, although we are provided of double glazed windows, a little bit of noise could pass.It’s weird the comment on the coffe and tea machines: every morning we, not only refill, but we always wash the recipients.Anyway thanks a lot for your feedback.

Thanks Junya.We are very sorry we were not able to satisfy your request of the upgrade for free but we deem this reason doesn’t worth what you’d written totally caught from rage.Some clarifications:1) this is not an hotel but an historic house classified by the authorities along a careful process. This is the reason why, if you were searching an anonymous- standard-hotel, you are totally wrong.2) since it is not a hotel, we decided to enphatize trough an accurate design to maintain all the original aspects well conscious that a brand new contemporary door (as you are used to find in chip hotels) is not fully insulated from sounds but it let something like 5 centuries of history on itself.Wall are treated with the same techniques we use in Italy in the last 2 thousands years… not plastic or chemical products.Bathrooms’ tops are created by sculpting from a cedar of lebanon tree… again.. not a chip ikea agglomerate.Anyway, I’m sorry for your bad experience but I invite you (for the next time in the next hotel) to write a real review instead of attempt to punish people to have not satisfied your requests.Best regards,Riccardo

Since you made an anonymous comment we cannot understand which suite or room you reserved, but, it should be clear that the main aim of our venue is to let the guest to live a true experience in a 5 centuries old house (not an hotel) so, in certain suites we have original doors refurbished and they surely have not the same sound insulation performance as a brand new standard doors. You can breath history but it is impossible to have all the benefits of a standard fake-historical hotel.Normally we double check all shower siphons, but probably something went wrong and your bathroom needed a fix. In these rare cases, it is sufficient a message to the staff and in few minutes we can fix the problem or offer an alternative solution.Thank you for your comment.Best,

The main problem is the use that Expedia does with its partners (in particular hotels.com) with whom we have no relationship but they receive descriptions by the Expedia platform and they may have some mistakes (such as the presence of a swimming pool in the house): it is at 350m and is public.We are trying to align these small mistakes but we cannot act directly to modify them.Best regards

Hi Ronald! I'm sorry, but not all suites are equipped with tv: this is clearly explained in the suite description (not in the general description of the house). Moreover the swimming pool is described as available in the nearby area and the peer is just 300-400 mt so I don't understand how a guest expect to find it inside the house. Dear Filip, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding: as you admit, you was expecting an operating business hotel, but this location is small, romantic and located in the heart of the town. The nearest parking is at 150 m from the house since no car are allowed in the area. I thank you for your precious advices. Best, Riccardo

Mi spiace che non abbiate apprezzato le caratteristiche della stanza che avete scelto e, ovviamente, spiace altrettanto sapere che al piano superiore la festa in corso vi abbia disturbato. Per quanto riguarda le dimensioni standard per una doppia, come propostovi dalla mia collaboratrice, vi era la possibilità di un cambio con una suite con una maggiorazione di prezzo. In ogni caso grazie per averci fatto visita.

Aggiungo solo che le scelte di progetto per questa camera, ci impediscono di "rovinare" il design con tende e tappetino interno ad una doccia simile, ma terremo in preziosa considerazione la vostra osservazione per implementare soluzioni alternative. Per quanto riguarda il sapone intimo, controllato ad ogni cambio camera, non ci risulta poiché terminato, ma è tuttavia teoricamente possibile e di questo ci scusiamo.

Dear Michael, as I told you when I saw your exeptional heigh, there is an ancient beam in the bathroom (1,9mt) and I notice you to pay attention or, if you prefer, change the suite (but you and your wife were delighted by that one). What about the lack of elevator? In an historic house (XVI c.) we cannot install such facilities but, I fully understand that, for old people it could be uncomfortable. Walls are 30cm thick so they are not a problem, but the ancient decorated door is not sound isolated: you are right. I wish you all the best,
