Definitely an overpriced room. I thought I was booking an apartment, so I naturally expected a private bathroom.For this price, you can absolutely find much nicer rooms with a private bathroom. (I rent in Sopot like three times each year, so I have some experience.)
I can't speak for all four rooms, but if you end up in room no. 1, I feel sorry for you. It’s located right by the main staircase and entrance door, so you hear absolutely everyone entering and leaving the building, including the door constantly slamming. The walls are "thin" or give echo—you can hear your neighbors both in their rooms and the shared bathroom. I was “lucky” to share with a family with small kids.
There was a few more tings but i will stop here.
I recommend researching more carefully before booking here.
