The modern 27 m² interior and river view create pleasant conditions for both short and longer stays. The apartment is suitable for couples, solo travellers and business guests. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults.



The Space:

The apartment combines a sleeping area with a living and dining space. It features a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality bed linen and a set of pillows, a Smart TV with cable channels and a wardrobe for storing personal belongings. Guests also have access to a desk with a chair and a dining table with seating. The windows overlook the Motława River.



The functional kitchenette is equipped with a fridge and freezer, an induction hob, a dishwasher and an electric kettle. Basic equipment for preparing meals is also provided. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is available.



The bathroom features a shower with a rainfall showerhead and glass enclosure, a washbasin with a cabinet, a large mirror, a toilet and a washing machine. Hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer and a basic toiletries set including shower gel, shampoo and soap are provided.



The Neighborhood:

The Winter Residence building was built right on the Motława River in the Old Suburbs, just a few hundred meters south of the icon of Gdańsk – the famous Crane. The brick facades and high gables of the building refer to the port tradition of the city. The architecture of the building brings to mind the complexes of tenement houses characteristic of the Hanseatic city. The building is reflected in the waters of the Motława River, from which it is separated only by a strip of greenery. The area is full of museums, art galleries, theaters, churches, marinas, restaurants and beauty salons. There are bus and tram stops 300 meters away, and Długi Targ is just a 9-minute walk away.

Public transport stops are located nearby, providing convenient connections to other parts of Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia. Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport is approximately 15 km from the apartment.
