There was ample parking, the condom was located right on Lake Charlevoix and being 1st floor you could walk right out to the water area.The interior was very clean, decorated nicely with a beach theme. „The map was inaccurate. I had to ask for the gate code and door code. When I did get it, the door code to get in was wrong. The unit was relitively clean. The master bathtub didn’t drain and only 3 of the 5 tv’s worked. “

„Cute little condo. We had some issues with the stove top and only two burners which was a downside for 6 people. Living room and bedroom were nice and cold. However, the middle room with double bunks had no airflow and was rather hot as we stayed during the heat of summer. Everything else was good! “

„The stay was great. The room had everything you’d need and then some. It was nice to have access to the pool/hot tub and the beach within the resort. The proximity to local lakes and Traverse City were a plus. Being a lower-level condo came with hearing the upstairs neighbors but the provided sound machine helped and it wasn’t too bad. Overall would stay again if in the area!“
