„Great place to stay“

„After a harrowing car ride through the mountains from Durango to Grand Junction, we were ready for a comfortable place to land. When we opened the front door, we knew we found it. The house had everything we needed. It was clean, nicely decorated and just made you feel at home. The fenced yard was perfect for our pets. Great place to stay. Highly recommend!“

„We lacked for noting during our visit in Grand Junction. The house had interesting artwork, a well-stocked kitchen , gorgeous outdoor spaces and a short walk to town where there were more shops and restaurants than had time to explore. It was perfect for our visit.“

„Easy check-in and close to where we needed to be for a swim meet at the college. The home only had an evaporator cooler. The front of the home was extremely cold and the back half was a little too warm to sleep at night. The home could have used a good dusting and the freezer was dirty. Overall a good stay.“

„Cute, clean, and comfortable! The hosts were fantastic. We did not have any problems.This is a nice home for family to spread out &/or hang out in the cute back yard &/or BBQ. Parking was easy. Great location! Close to CMU and downtown.2 of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs, and as is common with older vintage homes, the stairs are fairly steep and may not be ideal for everyone. Luckily, my elderly Mom stayed in the 2nd upstairs bedroom, and it all worked out well.“
