„Great house nice rooms and tidy, enjoyed the Exmouth holidays! “

„We were a family of 6, with all adult children. The house was accurately listed - very spacious and worked really well for our adult family, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and large kitchen, dining and lounge rooms. We really enjoyed the location - being on the canals, some of the family fished off the jetty and had some success. The back deck was great, with a large outside table setting and BBQ. „House is well set out and comfortable. Some of the cleaning could be more thorough... dirty dishes left in theatre, coffee machine mouldy milk underneath and excessive dirt under beds. Pool needed to be cleaned thoroughly despite pool man visiting twice“

„Our stay in Exmouth was fantastic (except the weather) and Kingfisher was a big part of it. We loved this house, it felt spacious, the furniture was just right, the two dining areas were great, the yard and pool are the perfect size and the parking space was fantastic. Plenty of room in the kitchen for lots of people. Its only a short walk to the beach and the yatch club which was a lovely thing to do at sunset. A real home away from home and we would love to stay in this house again.“

„The house was a great size for all of us. Stairs were the only worry for little ones but was great there was a baby gate. Amazing view entertaining area and swimming pool. Lots of bathrooms which came in handy too! “
