Gutes ruhiges Hotel für Kinder
Es war ein sehr angenehmes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Als Paar oder mit Freunden lohnt es sich weniger: ist ein sehr gutes Familien-Hotel (inkl. Kinder-Check-in-Möglichkeit, wo die Kinder beim Einchecken helfen dürfen!). Das Hotel ist etwas ringhörig. Aber es ist dennoch angenehm.

Fühlten uns unwohl
Sehr schlecht. Für zwei Personen gab es 1 Stuhl, 1 Duschmittel. Schmutzige Teppiche. Die Bettwäsche hat ausgesehen, als wäre sie nicht gewechselt worden. Sehr lärmig. Schlechtes Frühstück.

Aged and terribly overpriced for what it has to offer. Hotel room was poorly lit and one of the side lamps had burned out bulb. When I asked for the replacement, I was told it would be replaced next morning (which was when we were checking out. When asked for recommendation of a good restaurant, the receptionist gave me list of a few local places (names only ,no phone numbers and no phone book in the room.. We stayed a night before in a far superior hotel in Quebec with first class restaurant and spa and paid substantially less then for this place.

The room was dated. Bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast in the morning was disappointing. Very little variety. I saw no fruit or protein. Bread, bagels and a couple of muffins were there. I thought for the price of the one night stay the room was pricey considering the facts listed above.

This was such a good relaxing stay, after having issues at our other accommodation! We got a king suite with jacuzzi and oh my lord I was in love! Did not wanna leave! We have already booked for our anniversary in may!!!

This motel is rundown and in need of a refurbishment. Cracked tiles, stains, small rooms. Breakfast is lacking, zero hot options. All of this would be fine if the rates reflected these limitations, but the going rate screams they know they’re the only option in town and can charge exorbitant amounts with no upkeep or quality. If you need to stay in Windsor (likely for a hockey tournament) then this is your only option…and it’s fine. It’s clean, bed was comfortable, and staff were very friendly.

Checked into the family room, which was kind of neat for the little guys (2 and 4) bunk beds and lots of room. The TV in the kids space didn't work. Take the kids to the pool which was jammed busy (apparently not just for guests) and the hot tub was out of service. Called front desk requesting an extra pillow (keep the little guy from possibly falling out of bed) and was told they'll have to "go on a scavenger hunt" for one, they'll do their best. NO fitted sheet on the queen size bed, meaning any shift at night and you were face first in a disgusting mattress protector (until it popped off) then onto a dirty mattress. Last time for us.

Fine for a one night stay. Clean. Didn’t use the pool but kids looked to be enjoying the waterside. Breakfast had very few options. No fitness centre. Staff was accommodating. Price was high for value. If the room was $120 or less I would have rated higher.

You can hear everything everywhere, the in room heater sounded like a freight train when it turned on and i dont recommend staying here the same time as a hockey team unless you like kids running down the halls constantly(oversight on our part)
