The Villa

This stunning two-story villa offers a blend of comfort and style. The upper floor features a spacious living area with a fully equipped, modern kitchen and an elegant dining space. You can relax on the couch while enjoying your favorite movies on the 75” TV, perfect for home cinema sessions. In addition, you’ll find an arcade cabinet featuring 3,600 classic games for your enjoyment. Relive the nostalgia and have fun challenging friends or family to classic games!

Two large terraces are furnished with comfortable dining and lounging furniture, ideal for enjoying meals, sunbathing, or simply relaxing. The master bedroom on the upper floor includes a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower.

On the lower floor, accessible via internal stairs or through the garden and garage, you'll find another spacious living area with a couch and TV station. This level includes three double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom featuring a toilet and shower. A shared large bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub. All bedrooms have direct access to the garden.

Additionally, there is a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Last but not least, wardrobe space and garage access complete the lower level.

For added safety the pool can be closed with a removable cover. The area is surrounded by palm trees, creating a fresh oasis for relaxation. Feel free to sunbathe or unwind, and for some fun, there’s also a ping pong table available for your enjoyment.
