The room was comfortable clean and well laid out.There were plenty of toiletries and the tea and coffee supplies were generous,which we appreciated on a cold and wet December day. „A beautiful house, with a spacious and comfortable room - with a massive bath! (We paid extra for the room with a bath and we’re not disappointed.) It was wonderfully peaceful and felt so relaxing. The bed was very soft but we nevertheless slept really well because of the lovely atmosphere, quiet and airiness of the room. Friendly and professional staff. „An sich sehr schönes Hotel. Ideal für Wanderer und Radfahrer mit eigenen Fahrradkeller. Der ist allerdings nur über eine etwas enge Treppe zu erreichen. Service top, Sauberkeit i.O. Sehr schöne Lage. Das Hotel wird von Hundebesitzer geschätzt.“

„Compared to other hotels in Scarborough this one is a good choice. A friendly and professional welcome, a nice view, a large room. The downsides are the room is directly situated above the bar & garden which has customers drinking, laughing and yelling till midnight. Food is ok, but not great. The friendly receptionist is also a very good escalation manager and took the parking fee off the bill to make up for the noise.“

„Clean, spacious property with two ample bedrooms, a large lounge and a well equipped kitchen on one floor and a toilet and shower room (with a good shower) on the floor below. Nice touches included a bottle of milk in the fridge and charging points at both sides of the comfy beds“
