Food quality and the standard is something that we focus and we make sure that we provide the best food experience for our guests at any given time. Moreover, We care so much about our guests who are dining in with us and their food preferences and requirements. As I conduct an investigation of your complaint I noticed that you have ordered 02 cheeseburgers at the same time and it is quite strange that one had food poisoning and the other did not.
