„Very pleasant stay. We loved the location and especially the beach/pool access. The staff was very friendly. The only negative would be the food. I wasn't impressed with the buffet or anything I ate at the hotel, but that's okay, there are plenty of other places to eat nearby. The next time we are in Cebu we will definitely stay at Belmont.“

"600 PHP early check-in for 3 hrs. Only one time a "small" roomcleaning at day no. 4 of our 5 days long stay and after a lot of discussion and advises at the reception. Breakfast included but only Philippine style with sausage and ham and rice. Use it only one time because water for coffee only working cold. Location not near to centre: distance not far away from cebu city and the airport but because of the traffic you need a lot more than 80 resp. 40 minutes to the hotel. No divingcentre anymire in the hotel."
"We stayed for 6 nights and had an amazing time. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The room was beautiful and quiet. There was lots to do in the hotel like playing games in the arcade room or participating in some water activities. The main pool is open until 9pm which makes it possible to swim after dark. Amazing! The beach is really nice as well and since there are life guards everywhere, we felt really safe. The whole hotel is quite guarded at the entrance with multiple checkpoints and safety personal (it is still possible to order grabs to the hotel though). We tried some of the restaurants and we're really surprised by the good food. We especially enjoyed the local bands playing in the lobby in the evenings and the Filipino buffet and cultural dance night! The breakfast offered a variety of delicious foods. Really enjoyable!"

Eines Abends wurde eine “Italian Night” angekündigt, und wir freuten uns auf italienisches Essen. Zu unserer Überraschung bestand die “italienische Atmosphäre” lediglich aus einer veränderten Dekoration – keine besonderen Speisen oder authentischen Gerichte. Es war enttäuschend und ehrlich gesagt ein schlechter Witz. Das Essen im Deli ist auch mindestens 3 Tage alt und nicht frisch.
3. Mangelnder Service zu besonderen Anlässen:
Wir hatten dem Hotel im Voraus per E-Mail mitgeteilt, dass wir in unseren Flitterwochen anreisen. Doch weder wurde auf unsere Nachricht geantwortet, noch gab es irgendeine Art von Aufmerksamkeit oder Überraschung im Zimmer. Besonders enttäuschend war dies, da das Hotel fast leer war und es sicherlich möglich gewesen wäre, uns diesen besonderen Aufenthalt schöner zu gestalten. Wir können das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen."
