La Dimora di Triano is located in Arigliano, in the southern part of Salento, about 4 km from the sea and 7 km from Santa Maria di Leuca.

The property consists of two apartments: a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and a studio apartment on the upper floor, both recently renovated, comfortable, and elegant. It can accommodate up to 4 guests (an extra bed is available upon request).

THE POSITION

The "Dimora di Triano" is located in Arigliano, a small village in Gagliano del Capo.

It is the ideal solution for those who want to spend a holiday at few minutes from the sea and next to the downtown, where are all the main commercial activities (pharmacy, bar, tobacconist, grocery stores, self service laundry, etc.).

The town still preserves several interesting historical sites, including the two monolithic menhirs, "Della Croce" and "Santo Spirito," which stand next to the homonymous chapel built in the 17th century, as well as Palazzo dei Dell'Abate.

Additionally, Arigliano is home to a small railway station, which serves as the southern terminus of the Sud Est railway line.

The Dana Apartment is a charming two-bedroom unit on the ground floor, approximately 60 sqm, that can comfortably accommodate 2 guests. With two bathrooms and a sofa bed, the apartment is also a great option for one additional adult guest or two children.

The interiors, tastefully furnished, reflect the classic Salento style, featuring rural colors, traditional star and barrel vaults, niches, and carefully renovated furnishings.

The Dana Apartment consists of:

-A living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, and TV
-A kitchenette with a microwave, oven, and folding table
-A cozy double bedroom with access to a small outdoor courtyard
-Two modern and fully equipped bathrooms with stone showers

Additionally, the apartment offers air conditioning (single convector), Wi-Fi, and a heating system, making it suitable for winter stays and remote work.

Although the house does not have a private parking space, it will be easy to park for free on the street nearby.

La Dimora di Triano is conveniently located near the sea and southern beaches.

The nearest beach is just 4 km away: "Località Ciolo," one of the most popular spots in Salento, offering stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Here, you'll find a café, restaurant, and the famous "Gibo" luxury disco and wedding venue.

A few kilometers away, you can visit Marina di Novaglie (5 km), Marina Serra (10 km), and Tricase Porto (12 km).

Furthermore, just 7 km away, you'll find Santa Maria di Leuca, known for its beautiful 19th-century villas, basilica, promenade, restaurants, and caves. For those who prefer sandy beaches, the Ionian coast (Maldive del Salento area) with its fine golden sand is about 14 km away.

Other interesting places to explore include: Presicce (13 km), Specchia (13 km), Tricase (11 km), and more.

We recommend several scenic hiking trails and paths near the house, including the "Vie del Sale," the "Sentiero del Ciolo," and "Il Sentiero delle Cipolliane"—a stunning route along the cliffs that connects the Ciolo bridge to Marina di Novaglie.
