It comprises a lovely living room with air conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 3,800 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a sofa, TV, pellet stove and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A beautiful, enclosed private garden of 3,800 m²
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A hot tub that can accommodate up to 6 people, open from 10 am to 8 pm from 29 June to 6 September.

The house is ideally situated in Futeau, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

TGV: Issoncourt about 20 km away
TER: Verdun about 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Metz-Nancy, approx. 140 km away.
You will need a car to fully enjoy the region.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- The stove is functional and pellet is provided free of charge.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-binding and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- For the security of the owners, the accommodation is equipped with a video surveillance system filming the entrance to the property. This system will be deactivated during your stay.
- Two cats regularly roam around the property. They are used to living outdoors. Please do not let them into the property.
