"I usually never write hotel reviews, but in this case I feel the need to – because I don’t want anyone else to fall into the same trap. This hotel advertises itself as a spa hotel, but when I checked in at 5:00 p.m., I was told the spa was already closed and wouldn’t reopen until the next morning. That makes absolutely no sense. Most guests want to relax in the spa after a long day, not in the morning. The spa was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so this felt like a bait-and-switch. I paid 1,300 DKK for one night – just for one person – and that didn’t even include spa access. That is by far the most I paid for a hotel during my three-week holiday, and none of the other hotels came even close in price – or in disappointment. Every single other place I stayed was better in every possible way. The room was small, outdated, and far from comfortable. It had a musty smell, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, especially when the water was turned on. Unless you are absolutely forced to stay here, I strongly recommend booking somewhere else. It’s hugely overpriced, outdated, and not at all what it claims to be."

"Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes und sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Wir haben mit unseren Hunden hier übernachtet. Der Teil vom Hotel wo Reisende mit Hunden unterbracht waren, war sehr gut isoliert und dort war auch ein separater Ausgang. Wir brauchten also niemals durch das ganze Hotel mit den Hunden. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und der Verdunklungsvorhang war sehr effektiv."
