We stayed at this hotel in Chongqing for one night and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Even though our stay was short, we were given a comfortable room with a lovely bed and complimentary breakfast – a very generous and welcoming gesture that we really appreciated. The room was large and well furnished, and the bed was so comfortable that we felt at home right away. What truly made our stay special was the service. It was simply fantastic – in fact, the best service I have ever received in a hotel. All the staff spoke excellent English and were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after throughout our visit. Thank you for such a pleasant stay; we would happily come back and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing!
