When you enter the house, you are greeted by a bright and modern apartment with a large and bright living room with a large smart TV with Chromecast, comfortable sofa and armchair and a dining area for 4 people. Plus, step out onto the cozy balcony.
The recently renovated kitchen is also fully equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob and oven, as well as everything you need for cooking.
There are 2 bedrooms where the master bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed and A/C with both cooling and heating, the second bedroom also has a double bed and a workstation/desk where you can answer emails in all tranquility.
There is a bathroom with shower.
