„Rooms were very dirty. Had new white bottom sandals I only wore in the room and the soles were black when we left. Stayed 2 nights . Had no maid service the entire stay. Bed was never made and didn’t get any clean towels. The man at the desk was very nice and got us towels. When we arrived we asked about a room with a higher toilet and was told their handicap rooms were on the second floor and they had no elevator only stairs . I said that can’t be true. And finally he found us a handicap room ...

„Building is new. Room was not ready till a hour after check in. Room need to be vacuumed and children's footprints on the bed. Breakfast was good.“

„The staff was friendly and really tried to be helpful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite dusty and not properly cleaned. There were food crumbs on the floor, and I had to wipe down several surfaces before I could feel somewhat comfortable. It has potential, but cleanliness definitely needs more attention.“
