You’ll be just 2 miles from the coastal charm of Frinton-on-Sea and Walton-on-the-Naze, two neighbouring seaside towns with gorgeous sandy beaches, beach huts and plenty of wildlife. You’ll have delightful views over Hamford Water National Nature Reserve from the property, which is lovely for birdwatching, dog walking and serene morning jogs.

Character meets comfort inside this charming annexe, which has a cosy open-plan living area for meal prep, leisurely dining and relaxing with a good book. This space has dual-aspect windows letting plenty of light in, including double doors leading outside. Head up the wooden stairs to reach a spacious living and bedroom area in the eves. Here you’ll have another comfy sofa, a Smart TV and a Juliet balcony for soaking in those countryside and water views. The space also features a double bed and an indulgent bathroom with a roll-top bath and walk-in shower. Outside, the private enclosed garden is a haven for relaxation. Sip your morning coffee on the patio or sizzle up a BBQ, surrounded by a charming lawn where your furry friends can roam freely.

The village itself has a lovely pub (300 metres) serving traditional food and ales – a real plus for when you don’t feel like cooking. At Kirby Jetty (0.5 miles) you can enjoy a refreshing swim at high tide. Wander down the quaint Victorian high street at Frinton-on-Sea, lined with independent shops and cafés, or learn about local history at Walton Maritime Museum (2.5 miles). You could also take a boat trip from Titchmarsh Marina to explore the local backwaters and, if you’re lucky, spot some resident seals.
