„We deliberately wanted a kitchen - which we had but nothing in it ie no crockery, cutlery, pots or pans so effectively useless; we constantly received contradictory emails about precheckin etc including one saying ready for checking the day after we already had, another telling us to checkout a day early; the room faced west and was impossibly to sleep in as too hot; we had to request a second towel as only gave us one; Would not recommend this at all“

„This was a beautiful, unique 220-year-old flat that provided a comfortable and clean stay for my family of six. We loved the location and accommodations our only disappointment is that we didn't see a ghost 😉. We would 100% stay here again. It was lovely.“

„Great location. Super clean and upgraded facility. Plenty of space for 3 people. Excellent communication with the host. Packing garage was a challenge for our volvo station wagon but with stiff nerves and guts we did get it in with the outside mirrors closed 😥“

„Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. Highly recommend this property! “

„Lovely basement flat to stay in not far fromThe city centre.Jeremy showed us into the flat ( he lives upstairs) and was friendly and helpful.Flat is well equipped and has a big TV and sofa in the living room. Very comfy bed with plenty blankets to keep warm.Would definitely stay here again and would recommend“

„We were so impressed with the apartment. It was incredibly clean, neat, well organised. Coffee pods as well as tea, biscuits and milk were left for us which was a lovely touch. The location is absolutely prime. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay“

„For older folks traveling from other places carrying heavy luggage, not being able to hold luggage in the room upon early arrival is a pain. Also, if not from Europe cells phones and internet don't work well so not being able to contact proprietors can be a problem. If you are able to contact them there's always an excuse as to why the response was late. A younger person would likely appreciate the flat more. Having said all that, the flat was centrally located to the action, was well stocked ...

„There were no instructions for anything - including how to lock the door or the boiling water tap.There were holes in the pillow cases and the bedding was very creased and crinkly - with a funny odour.The whole place needed a good clean - lots of dog hairs on the sofa and was really quite dusty. When we stripped the bedding - there were blood stains on the pillows. Good location and the water pressure was great.“

„The apartment is a very short walk straight up from the railway station and ideally situated for all the major sights in Bath. It is very well appointed, quiet, despite being on a busy street, and very comfortable. The views from the bedrooms are beautiful and a treat to wake up to. I would definitely come back!“
