Located in Frejus, the studio is charming and is composed :

-A living space with 1 bunk bed, 2 sofa bed, and a child's bed.

-A fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area.

-A clean bathroom.

-A nice garden and terrace which will be very appreciated in summer.

The following facilities will be at your disposal: Television, Heating, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Fan, Microwave, Oven.

You will also have a tennis court and a shared swimming pool that will allow you to have fun during your free time.

You will be very well served by public transportation, to stroll around the city and its surroundings!

During your stay, don't miss visiting: the Museum of Local History, the Historical Center at 8 min walking distance, the Lantern of Augustus at 6 min driving distance, the Malpasset Dam at 39 min driving distance and many others...

The city has several beaches that you can visit in summer, namely the Plage de Fréjus, 10 min by car, the Plage des Esclamandes and the Plage de Saint-Aygulf which are all 13 min away.

The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
La presqu’île de Saint Mandrier sur Mer se trouve dans le Var, il s'agit d'un village provençal au bord de la mer Méditerranée. Le village ferme la rade de Toulon. Vous y trouverez supérettes, boulangeries, restaurants, pharmacies, librairie, presse, tabac… Un marché provençal se tient près du port chaque samedi. Lors de la saison estivale, vous apprécierez la proximité des plages et le calme du village à l'écart du tourisme de masse.
