Interesting property
The apartment is, as advertised, a very attractive basement apartment. Be prepared for some challenges getting in and out through the garage door, but other than that, I had no real complaints about the cleanliness or amenities of the apartment. One other possible word of warning - the soundproofing leaves a bit to be desired, so you will hear a lot of noise when people upstairs are walking, but that's a decent tradeoff considering the amenities and price of the rental overall.

This was a cozy yet spacious little apartment. The area isn't walkable if you want to see the city, but a friend I wanted to visit was only two streets away which was very convenient for me. The apartment was incredibly clean, well lit, and even in December the heating was great. I especially enjoyed a hot soak in the tub and the separate shower was lovely as well. I missed the no cooking rule in the description, but there were knives for chopping up a salad and snacks, plenty of dishes and cutlery stocked in the kitchen, and the microwave and fridge were both clean and worked well. The bed was also very comfortable and the sheets were nice.

The host does not share the entrance pictures of the property, the entrance is terrible and it is not a 1 bedroom apartment it is a BASEMENT with very narrow stairs. The property is too NOISY; 1. it is located near the main road and we cannot sleep because of the noise. 2. the upstairs guys were so noisy, the property structure was awful and we could hear each step they walked. Because the basement does not have ventilation the host used so much air fresher, it was so hard to stay there, and without the air fresher, the bad smell bothered us. I do not recommend it at all.

The basement apartment was large and had all the amenities we required - except for a washer/dryer which was listed as an amenity (one of the main reasons we booked this apartment). Also, the people who occupy the main floor above the apartmentcreated unacceptable noise until ~ 1 am.

Weekend away
My Mom and I came to stay for an event happening over the weekend in Fredericton and showed up to a clean space which matched the description and pictures. It was a hot weekend and we stayed cool in the suite and even needed to add the duvet in the closet to stay comfy at night. We were able to make our morning coffee and in case we didn't, there was a Tim Hortons within walking distance. Everything was as expected. Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful apartment. Spacious and has everything you need and more. Comfortable, cozy, relaxing, clean, quiet. I would rate it a 5 stars. 10/10 It is better than a motel. I would definitely recommend it.

Very clean and contemporary. Great location and access but the location along the highway is noises as you have to leave the bedroom window open for cooling. Also, the upstairs guests were noisy and one night the loud voices went till well after 11 pm. Overall however it was good value.

First it was newly renovated nice clean space with everything close by second of all they should have mentioned when we booked that it’s a basement We would have not booked it They mentioned it after the cancellation date is over Someone else stayed on upper floor with the small kids and they were jumping and running till 12 and started doing it again in the morning didn’t get much sleep and we both had a headache If they want to rent both separately I advise them to please sound proof the basement and give accurate information before booking
