We had everything we needed. The value for price was great and the service was super friendly.

The hotel is in an interesting spot with a zoo, rose garden and winery (already closed when we came) to explore. Upon arrival the receptionist wasn’t able to leave the reception. As a result we had to deal with unloading our four suitcases and bags ourselves. Upon check-in we realised that our request for connecting rooms wasn’t attended to. One didn’t receive the additional comments made via the Expedia booking. The two Heritage rooms were small and a bit worn down. Three adults and one child - we had dinner at the hotels award winning restaurant - a main course and a desert each with a few beverages for pricey 280 AUD. This was the ninth stop of our travel through Australia with staying at fuve star hotels and eating out in top restaurants. We didn’t think this particular dinner was value for money. My wine glass was dirty and had to be returned.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff support was outstanding – incredibly attentive, helpful, and approachable. I misplaced my pajamas during my stay, and although they couldn’t be recovered, the team went above and beyond in their efforts to assist me. The hotel itself is fantastic: spotlessly clean, modern, and stylish. It’s also super centrally located, making it perfect for exploring the area. And the pool? Simply amazing – a true highlight! I felt completely at home here. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!
