„ Located in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient parking. Restaurants and shopping areas are close. Cottage was very clean and beds were comfy. When we return to the area, I would definitely stay here again. “

„The hosts were very easy to work with, and the house was in great condition. Very nicely decorated, modern, had all the necessities. The neighborhood--the street and nearby commercial district--are definitely in transition and not ideal for walking. We felt uncomfortable taking our dogs out, even as people who have lived in NYC/Chicago during the 80s :-). While it might feel different to people who are from the area or live on the street, it's a hard place to land for visitors.“

„The Water Feature Cottage was perfect for our 5 night stay, just the right size for 2 people, but also comfortable for our son to visit. The cottage was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The "back porch" patio is perfect for enjoying coffee or drinks and the landscaping is beyond beautiful. We really enjoyed watching birds, listening to frogs and discussing plants with Larry. Thank you Larry, Sandra and (of course) Hobbs!“

"The accommodation was anything but what the pictures showed. My door had a huge gap, the curtain on the window was down - anyone could see in. Rooms stinks!! The kitchen was dirty and the doors were peeling. Lots of strange stains on the walls, could be anything from blood to dirt? Sticky and loose floor. Dead cockroaches. On top of that they ask you for a USD 100 deposit and return it a week after departure. This is NOT a temporary hold like in any other hotel. I moved to another hotel at the day of arrival. I will contact CHOICE Hotel directly. Pictures are taken. Even for a budget place, this is a disgrace!"
