„An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Communication with Justin was great. the cottage was very clean and cool as the temperature outdoors was 90 plus. The beds are comfortable and the big shower was delightful. Being at the end of July, the river was low but the view is fantastic. A blue heron came each evening to feed. Location to many hikes,etc is a bonus. Would definitely return to this place. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.“

„We had a fantastic stay! The home was cozy and perfect for our trip to Cooperstown for my son's baseball tournament at Dreams Park, right up the road. It’s baseball-themed, which my kids absolutely loved, such a fun touch! While the house is on the smaller side, it had everything we needed and was a great home base for our time at the ballpark. „This is the perfect location to travel back and forth to ASV. The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us with the 1st floor room and bathroom perfect for my elderly parents. Though this house is 100 years old and not perfect, it was updated to today’s standards. Extra thanks to Dave, who let us check in a little early (after red eye flights) to get refreshed and settled before opening ceremonies. “
